Family...

FAMILY

Friday is actually one of my favourite days but I found that I did not like Friday as I expected. Maybe it is the last schooling day of every week then I will like it much. As today, today is Friday but I feel so bored at home, haha!:-)

Today, I would like to share with about the word FAMILY. When I watched a movie just now, the small boy has stated the word FAMILY is combined with very special letters. Have a look at this combination:

F = Father

A = And

M = Mother

I = I

L = Love

Y = You

Maybe some of you already aware of this, but we have to ask ourselves, do we really practice it in our real life? I cannot say that I have practiced in my daily life, sometimes I still do something very stupid to hurt them, for example; talking back to them, ignore their instructions, and others. Although they are annoying and feel disappointed when they still love and care for me. I always know that when they try to “lecture” me is for my sake but in real life my emotion has control my egos then I tend to do all those things to them. After a while, when thinking back I really feel myself just a fool. Now, I have controlled myself that every time when they “lecture” me I will listen to them before making any actions. Because I have realized that what my parent done to me is really for my good sake. I hope that they will always in the pink of health and GOD bless.

After Exam......... Part 1


After Exam 1

Wow! I have not updated my blog for long time. Erm…….. busy for my exam and daily life. Today I have just finished my exams. The exams are rather challenging than saying it is difficult. There is one of us saying (claiming) that it is easy and she or he knows how to do everything. I praised for his or her confidence but pity for his or her understanding in differentiating easy because know how to do and easy because it is easy like a piece of cake. He or she has been categorized as easy because know how to do I am almost 95% of sure that he or she is fall in this category.

Let me explain about his / her situation. When we acquire for more details, he or she will say easy la, “dapat jawab la”, “not difficult la”, but as we never know how smart she or he is. Easy and know how to do, in my opinion; I think everyone is the same as him or her. I also feel like that. BUT the main thing is that what you know and you think is easy question that your answer is correct. Or you just know how to do the questions (as many people also the same), but the answers are ambiguous or uncertain. This is what people called “syok syok sendiri” or in a more localize way is “pandai-pandai”. The moral or rationale at here is We don’t have to show off if you really smart (I say is IF), because it makes you feel very funny in front of others, furthermore we must be humble especially during this learning stage. We are not classify as a “Guru” or “sifu” yet then be humble and don’t show off.

The most annoying thing is that I feel like vomit every time he or she claims that know something or she / he knows everything. He or she is just a walking encyclopedia (in her own world not for me [at least]). Eeeeeeeeee, I feel so disturbed when thinking about his or her styles when talking, or showing off something that he or she is the one in this world knows only. Let us wait and see what are the outcomes he or she will get.

Ways to overcome stress.....

Today is 18th October 2008, Saturday. It is just a ordinary Saturday. Nothing to do (actually exams are just around the corner but not start revision yet) Haha!:-) I have read an article from a magazine. It is about a few effective ways in handling stress. So I am going to share it with you all.

  1. Take a deep breathe

When you are feel stressful, first of all is to take a deep breathe and it is believe that it can calm down your mind.

  1. Go for a temporary “exit”

It is not encourage you to runaway from the problems but it means you have to know where and when you can have a clear mind then sort out your there and wait for that appropriate timing.

  1. Smile

No matters what, remember to smile. As we all know “Laughter is the best medicine”.

  1. Exercise

Let move up yourself. As the song goes “I like it move it, move it; You like it move it, move it, We like to………… move it”. Let exercise be one of your daily habits because it can enhance your alertness.

  1. Doing one thing in one time

Don’t think yourself as a Superman. Although in this very competitive society, all of us must be multi-tasking but it does not mean that we can do many things in one time. Then remember that do or settle one thing at one time.

Hopefully it can be very helpful to all of us. Practise it and maybe it can be a good guide in managing your stress.
